Booked in for a wheel alignment, rotation, and balance for the Pajero, with front and rear adjustments it was always a concern that others don't do the right thing, but sat here and viewed it from the window and the attendant knew what he was doing.

Was in at CC Tyres Penrith for an alignment and balance on my FJ Cruiser. The tech doing the alignment called me in to the workshop to show me the specs were all spot on and did not need adjusting and only charged for a check instead of an alignment. The friendliness and honesty goes a long way with me and this is why I have given 5 stars 🌟. Most places will just take your money and run. Well done CC Tyres. You have my recommendation. They damaged the boot key cover on my classic tbird it was perfectly fine when I droped it off for a wheel alignment and when I collected it 5hrs later and transported home saw the key cover was damaged and when I asked about it they said "no one went in the boot" so why is my car damaged then.. if you have a classic car don't take it here they just want to play with your stuff and won't own up to breaking it or even bother trying any reconciliation. Silly me I shouldn't have expected anymore out of a scumbag tyre shop run by dropkicks..
I appreciate that they ware open and still conducting business so close to christmas however not a overall great experience. I purchased tyres from tyroola 205/55/R16 ILink 55 L-grips and selected them as my preferred fitter. However was not contacted by them to confirm they received delivery or to arrange my prepaid fitment and wheel alignment service. No papper work was issued so not sure if value steams we're replace at the same time as the tyres. I also didn't see anyone clean the rim or hub surfaces prior to installation. They just painted on anti seize with all the dirt and dust still in place and the anti seize looked more like vaseline not a copper based lubricant. And not even one drop of tyre shine to make feel good about spending $454. I would also like to mention that before heading back on the freeway i checked all four tyres they touched and the results were FR-28.3 RR-31.7 FL-32.2 RL-29.6 PSI. Cheers to all the team but ill take it from mate.
